Employee Assistance Program

Kepro is the provider of the Employee Assistance Program for UW-Whitewater

The Employee Assistance Program is a free, confidential service to you, your dependents, and anyone living in your household. You have access to confidential, completely private, 24-hour, 7-days-a-week counseling and online services through the Employee Assistance Program. 

You, or a member of your household, may contact Kepro for services by calling (833) 539-7285 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or visiting Kepro's website: (Username: SOWI).  You will need to create an account to access the EAP resources online.

 Kepro can provide assistance for the following (but not limited to) list of topics:

  • Work stress
  • Family challenges
  • Divorce
  • Substance abuse
  • Legal services
  • Marriage counseling

EAP Orientation »

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is FREE to UW System employees, their spouses or significant others, and their dependents. The goal of an Employee Assistance Program is to provide employees with a guide to achieving greater work-life balance and overall health and wellbeing. Our EAP, Kepro, offers services in the areas of: work-life balance, financial assistance, legal assistance, child care assistance, mental health counseling, and much more.

Every month, Kepro will be hosting a live webinar. On the second Wednesday of each month from 12:30 – 1:30pm. To register, visit To create an account, you will use the code SOWI. These services are available 24/7, every day of the year. They are completely confidential and at no cost to you. You do not need to be enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance to use the EAP.”
