The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's PreCollege Programs provide youth the support, enrichment, and inspiration that helps them strive for and achieve post-secondary access.

Programs
Upward Bound Program
Serves college-bound students in grades 9-12 at targeted schools.
Participants for Upward Bound must:
- Attend Racine Park, Racine Horlick, Racine Case, Milwaukee Hamilton, or Milwaukee South Division High Schools
- Be a US Citizen or Resident
- Personally qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch and/or be a potential first-generation college student (parents have not earned a college degree)


Summer Academic Camps
A residential, in-person experience. These camps provide academic, career, cultural and recreational activities for students in grades 7-12.

GenCyber Program
