Cole Bartels

Ryan Christianson is a current DMA trombone student at UW–Madison. Additionally, he holds the position of Instructor of Trombone at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to his appointment at UW-Whitewater, Ryan held positions as the principal trombone of the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra and with the internationally touring brass quintet, the Dallas Brass. Ryan also maintains a freelance career in Chicago as a classical, commercial, and jazz trombonist and performs with first-call musicians in each of those fields.
