ATTENTION:

The Instructional, Communication, and Information Technology (ICIT) Department of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater is seeking TWO PeopleSoft Developers. This position will be recruited at multiple levels and selection will be based on system analysis, design and programming experience.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Application Development, this position will consult with Business Process Specialists, Developers and Project Managers during the functional design of applications, as well as providing technical expertise and leadership to other IT professionals during solution development and implementation. Designed solutions may include integration of multiple data sources, vendor packages and custom software running on diverse platforms. Position responsibilities include development, technical documentation, testing/debugging, and operational support of mission-critical production systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years PeopleSoft development experience including working with tools such as AppEngine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker
  • 2 years’ experience with writing advance or complex SQLs
  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting PeopleSoft related problems
Highly Desired Qualifications
  • Experience gathering and documenting user Requirements
  • Ability to gain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and standards in system design and specifications, program development, documentation, planning and status reporting
  • Campus Solutions Experience
  • Agile Framework Development Experience
