Charting Your Estate Plan Seminar

You are invited to a talk with Paul Nylen, JD, CPA, MAC and Nathan Osborn, JD. Paul and Nathan will provide an accessible and engaging update on the current economic factors impacting retirement and estate planning. This event is hosted by the UW-Whitewater Foundation, Inc.

Topics will include:

  • Basic steps anyone over 55 should prepare for
  • Navigating markets and inflation
  • 2023 IRS updates

Paul Nylen and Nathan Osborn are local estate and tax planning lawyers at Nylen & Partners, LLC (N&P), who have helped hundreds of clients with basic estate planning documents like wills, trusts and powers of attorney. In addition, they have significant experience in more sophisticated tax planning and charitable giving strategies.

Paul is also an assistant professor of accounting and tax at UW-Whitewater where he teaches financial accounting and tax law. Nathan is also the lead attorney at the Barnabas Foundation which is a charitable organization aimed at helping parochial institutions.
