My past and current research has focused on assessing coral reef response to climate change by measuring physiological variables and alterations in seawater chemistry.  Currently, my research interestes have broadened to how anthropogenic perturbations have impacted local freshwater ecosystems.  I also have an interest in building strong relationships with commuties through outreach activities.  I teach Enviromental Science, Intro Bio Labs, and run an active research lab.
