A quarter of this building will be returning students and three-quarters of this building will be first year students. The 3rd and 4th floor will strictly be for new students. The 1st and 2nd floor will be first year and returning students intermingled. There will be 3 learning communities in this building

Hall History
Tutt Hall was completed in 1966 and was named in honor of Clara Tutt who was a member of the elementary education department from 1934 to 1958.
