Living Option for 2017-18 academic year:

Tower consists of first year students and returning students. Floors 2, 3 and 7 will strictly be for first year students. Floors 8, 9 and 10 will strictly be for returning students. Floors 4, 5 and 6 will have first year students and returning students intermingled. Floors 4 and 5 will be Co-Ed by Wing. Floor 6 is designated as a Substance free floor.

The learning communities are: Men of Excellence, King Chavez, and Women of Excellence.

Hall History
The Wells Towers were completed in 1966 and were named in honor of Cord O. Wells who served as vice president of academic affairs from 1925 to 1967.
