Undergraduate Research Day is a biannual event where we highlight the great work of our UWW Undergraduate Student Researchers through poster and oral presentations and art exhibits. The 2021 Fall Undergraduate Research Day was held on October 21. Thank you to all of the student researchers, mentors, and guests for making it a successful event!
Every year, the UW System Symposium for Undergraduate Research, Scholarly & Creative Activity is held at a UW System School in the spring. The Symposium gives undergraduate students in all disciplines, from all University of Wisconsin institutions, an opportunity to present their scholarly work. Students participate through oral presentations, poster displays, gallery exhibits, and artistic performances. Due to the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, UW-Whitewater hosted the first ever virtual UW System Symposium on Wednesday, April 28, 2021! It was a successful event.
We are excited to bring that event back to an in-person format and grateful for the opportunity to host the 20th Annual UW System Symposium on April 22, 2022. Stay tuned for more details.
Outstanding undergraduate student researchers from across the University of Wisconsin System, together with their faculty advisers, will share their research findings on a variety of important topics with legislators, state leaders, UW alumni, and other supporters.
