Choose Your Camp

The Warhawk Band Camp is designed to cater to both high school and middle school students.

High School Camp | July 14 - July 19

The High School Camp runs from July 14th to 19th, and registration closes on July 4th at 11:59 pm. During this camp, musicians will learn advanced musical concepts on their individual instruments, perform in chamber group and concert band settings, and enjoy the camaraderie of other musicians.

Middle School Camp | July 21 - July 26

The Middle School Camp runs from July 21st to 26th, with registration closing on July 11th at 11:59 pm. Here, musicians will develop proficiency on middle school level musicianship, perform in the same settings as the high school camp, and share the joy and camaraderie of other musicians.

Whitewater is not just a place; it’s a community. At Warhawk Band Camp, you will rehearse with talented college students, learn from recognized faculty and staff, play in state-of-the-art facilities, get a taste of the college experience, and create memories with new and old friends.

The crescendo of the Warhawk Band Camp experience is the final concert at the Young Auditorium. All camp participants will have the opportunity to rehearse and perform on the final day of camp. Bring your loved ones along to witness the amazing transformation and journey of the campers, all while savoring the sweet melodies filling the air.

What’s Included

The Warhawk Band Camp offers hands-on instruction and a Warhawk Camp T-shirt. For residential campers, fees include lodging and three meals a day. For commuter campers, two meals a day are provided. We aim to provide an all-inclusive experience that focuses on musical growth and community building.

How to Register

Registration for the Warhawk Band Camp opens on November 15, 2023 and closes 10 days prior to camp starting. Unfortunately, late registrations and walk-up event registrations will not be accepted. You can register by visiting camps.uww.edu.

Admission Cost

The specific camp costs are available online at camps.uww.edu or visit the links listed above. Please note, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. However, an Early Bird Discount is available until April 15, 2024. We encourage students to explore opportunities for sponsorship from their school, organization, family, or friends, who can help sponsor their admission cost by purchasing a gift card.
