About the Qualified Treatment Trainee (QTT) Graduate Student Award

Qualified Treatment Trainee (QTT) Graduate Student Awards are intended to relieve financial barriers experienced by graduate QTTs completing unpaid and underpaid internships as part of their clinical graduate programs in a Wisconsin accredited social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy program.

Awards will be given directly to graduate students to support their clinical internship completion, with the long-term goal of increasing licensed behavioral health professionals across Wisconsin.

The graduate student intern should be familiar with their respective graduate program and the agency hosting their internship for the application and award process. If your internship agency has not yet been assigned, you can still apply. However, you should update your application when it is assigned, otherwise it will be treated as though it is outside of Wisconsin.

Applications to receive this one-time, $5,000 award are open now through July 21, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
