Campaigning in the Residence Halls (Policy #106)
Revisions Approved: February 12, 2026
The policy has been revised to provide structured guidelines for political campaigning in residence halls, while protecting the students’ privacy and First Amendment rights.

The previous institutional policy on Jury Duty has been rescinded. UW-Whitewater now follows UWSA Policy 1216: Miscellaneous Leave Provisions - Jury Duty, Voting, Election Official, Hostage Leave, and Leave Usage upon Death of Family Member.
Working in Isolation (Policy #710)
Rescission Approved: March 12, 2026
The previous institutional policy on Working in Isolation has been rescinded. In accordance with UWSA, UW-Whitewater has transitioned the provisions in the rescinded policy to a Safety Program which is available in the Risk Management H: Drive.
