Therapeutic Style
Every client who works with me will experience an overall wellness and humanistic approach. The techniques and interventions will be tailored to each unique individual and may include aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Polyvagal, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.

Depending on the time of year, you can find me lounging poolside with a thriller novel, walking/hiking, or hibernating indoors with my favorite things: more books, hanging with the family (which includes our beloved Tuxedo cat), cooking, or decorating for all occasions and holidays.
