What do I need to do to be a successful learner?
- Commit 6 to 9 hours per week for each 3 unit course.
- Practice excellent time management skills.
- Get to know your professors and students in your courses.
- Plan carefully and study when you are most alert.
- Be willing to ask questions and get help when needed.
- Have diligence, perseverance, and tenacity. Don’t give up!
What kind of online communication skills do I need?
To succeed at UW-Whitewater, you must be comfortable working and communicating online when required. Netiquette is network etiquette: the do's and don'ts of online communication.
