Now Is The Time 2023

The UW-Whitewater Center for Inclusive Transition, Education, and Employment (CITEE) hosted its 6th annual Now Is The Time event Wednesday, August 2 through Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Now Is The Time to strengthen the experiences and support for young people with culturally responsive, youth-driven, family-centered, community-based systems of care! Youth and young adults deserve to thrive in an ever-changing world, including those with mental health and substance use challenges. They rely on collaboration between their families, school, community members, and their county, state, and Tribal agencies to foster a supportive and effective system of care.

Free Continuing Education Units/Hours (CEUs) are available and will be provided after the event. You must complete the post-event survey in order to receive your CEU certificate. The post-event survey will be sent out at the end of day 2 to the email you registered with. After completing the survey, your CEU certificate will be sent to you within 2-4 weeks. This conference is approved by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Social Work Department for up to 11.5 continuing education contact hours (up to 5.5 on Day 1 and up to 6 on Day 2).
